Kat is an enthusiastic import from the “Lone Star State”, who originally hails from McAllen, a city in the very Southern tip of Texas. She enjoys living in Northern Michigan for the change of the seasons. Kat likes to think the shifts in weather cause people to “live in the now”, going out and enjoying sunshine and nice temperatures, while they last! Her family includes her parents and one sister, all of whom still live in Texas.
Kat specializes in creative movement, music and activities for young children at Munson Child Care, TBA and just recently, the Dance Center. Another of her talents is guiding and teaching a fine arts program for preschoolers called Kreative Kids. Kat decided to participate in this event because she believes in great causes for charity and knows that she will have a blast dancing her way through it!
